Refund policy: We are an Animal sanctuary and rely on the generosity and kindness of others to enable us to operate and save lives. We ask that you take your donation seriously. If you decide to cancel your donation within seven calendar days from the date you signup, we will happily refund the donation that was made in the preceding seven days upon request, minus the refund charge imposed upon us by the credit card processing company at the time of refund. To request a refund, please send an email to donations@ashanimalrescue.com together with the original email receipt received from Worldpay.
